Quick tip

I drink a can of low sodium V8 juice everyday to help me reach at least 5 servings per day. I buy a case at Sam's Club (cheap). It's a quick way to get veggies into your diet.

Lunch ideas:
If you want to eat out, try a vege sub at Subway. If you have all their veges on a 6 inch sub, you end up with at least a cup of veges (lettuce, tomatoe, spinach, green peppers, (3 kinds of hot peppers if you like), carrots, cucumbers, pickles, and even ONE fruit - black olives (when I googled it, it's a fruit).

To my dismay... red wine is not considered a fruit... bummer.
